Informational Posting for the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) Instructor Operator Support Services (MIOSS) contract.
INTRODUCTION:
This Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) that is attached, establishes the general performance requirements necessary to execute tasks within the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) Instructor Operator Support Services (MIOSS) contract. The Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test & Threat (CPE-ST3) and Combined/Joint Training Readiness Support (CJTRS) Program has a requirement to provide Instructor/Operator (I/Os). The efforts described in this DRAFT PWS are required to support teacher led medical based training and situational scenario-based training, and provide services related to medical TADSS instruction and operation.
The purpose of providing this DRAFT PWS is to get Contractor's input and interest in the MIOSS Program.
Qualified Contractors are asked to provide questions and comments about the DRAFT PWS using the spreadsheet attachment and sending to the following email: usarmy.orlando.peo-stri.mbx.mioss@army.mil (in subject field enter: Company Name – Draft PWS Questions)
All questions need to be submitted by 23 March 2026, 10:00 am (EST).
