1. General Information
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 2. Description of Requirement
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies for the comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Electric Dispersal Barrier System (EDBS) located on the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal (CSSC) in Romeoville, IL.
Period of Performance:Base Period of 12 months, plus three (3) 12-month Option Periods.Place of Performance:Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal (CSSC), Romeoville, IL
3. Submission Deadlines

4. Basis for Award
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, with price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers as stated in the FAR 52.212-2 Addendum:
