This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Class Deviation 25-21 for FAR Part 12 in Support of Executive Order on Restoring Common Sense to Federal Procurement. Solicitation number 52800PR26C2N012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the United States Coast Guard requirement for services for the erection and dismantling of scaffolding to support Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) antenna repair onboard CGC Kimball located at Base Honolulu, HI.
This solicitation is in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds.

Contract Line Item 0001: Unit- Job, Description: Scaffolding services to support Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) antenna repair onboard CGC Kimball located at Base Honolulu, HI. All specifications are detailed in Attachment 1- Statement of Work.
Period of Performance: The period of performance for this requirement is 30 January 2026 – 01 March 2026, however, all timelines detailed in the SOW should be adhered to and coordinated with the technical POC. Scaffolding to be installed on Monday, 02 February 2026. 03 February 2026 shall be allotted as an overflow day, if required. Demobilization to be completed no later than Friday, 13 February 2026
