Description
Amendment 01 - Changed the quanity of the pricing sheet from 01 to 04.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13).
The 30th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one (1) new, Dedicated handheld Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) meeting the salient characteristics in attachment 1.
The Government intends to award a purchase order without discussions. Offerors are therefore encouraged to submit their best technical and price quotation in their initial submission.
Additional Instructions to Offerors: Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via e-mail by 11 February 2026 at 1000 hours PT. All quotations should be sent to, Scott Yeaple, at scott.yeaple@spaceforce.mil and Christian Franco at christian.franco.7@spaceforce.mil before the due date and time specified. Any questions asked over the telephone will not be answered.
