The Iowa National Guard requires technical instruction services for a Basic Narcotic Investigations Course for the Midwest Counterdrug Training Center. The period of performance will be a base period of approximately twelve (12) months (subject to change depending on award date) and four (4) 12-month option periods. Please review the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and DRAFT Evaluation Criteria, and complete and return the Sources Sought Response Form no later than 10:00 am central time on Thursday, January 15, 2026. The Government will use your response to help determine if revisions to the PWS and/or Evaluation Criteria are necessary and select the appropriate set-aside if applicable, and response time for the solicitation.
