Description
This synopsis is to fulfil the posting requirements in FAR 5.2 for the proposed acquisition of Agile Web Presence II (AWP II) bridge contract. The AWP-II program provides continued operations and sustainment to the AWP web-based capability known as “The Globe”, an enterprise-wide, centralized web presence for discovery of NGA products, services, and tools, m.Globe, and Discovery Catalog on the Unclassified, NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, CAPNET, and Stoneghost domains within the IC.
The current contract expires 29 March 2026. This action will provide a bridge contract for 24 months which will allow time to complete the follow-on contract. This acquisition is being made on a sole source basis in accordance with a Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) under the authority of FAR 8.405-5(c). The anticipated award date is 30 March 2026 with a Period of Performance through 29 March 2028.
This notice is in accordance with FAR 5.2, and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted, however any responsible source that believes it can meet this requirement may submit a capability statement in sufficient detail with supporting evidence to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed acquisition based on the responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
The Government will issue Justification and Approval (J&A) to support the need for a sole source award. The J&A will be posted 14 days after award.
