Description:  One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 40,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP8) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.
  17. Place of Contract Performance:  The place/range of delivery / redelivery is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, (Intentions Hakozaki, Japan).  The laydays commence 24 March and cancel 25 March 2026, and period of performance will be about 90 days.
  18. Set-aside Status:  N/A.  The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.  The Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
