Notice of Intent for Medical Grade Bulk Oxygen and Related Services

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), on behalf of Northern Navajo Medical Center located in Shiprock, New Mexico,and Four Corners Regional Health Center located in Red Mesa, Arizona, intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price award with Gallup Welders Supply Inc dba Four Corners Welding & Gas Supply (UEI LR8CMLGEMNL5). Four Corners Welding & Gas Supply is the only vendor capable of providing medical grade bulk oxygen supply and related services. The NAICS code is 325120, with an associated small business size standard of 1,200 employees.

The Period of Performance will have a base year and four option years, if exercised. The award will be a sole source procurement pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1).

This notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. Vendors capable of providing the stated services may submit a capability statement. Verbal responses will not be considered. Responses are due February 7, 2026 by 8:30 am MST.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
