The Government reserves the right to make a single award and will award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 5, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, https://sam.gov. Hard Copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides downloading instructions. Quotes will be due February 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Government reserves the right to make payment using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Each offeror is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
