GAOA SOUTH ZONE FENCE REPLACEMENT

Amendment 0003 - This amendment makes the following clarifications:

- There is a discrepancy between the SOW Section 3.3 and Attachment 8. Wood Rail Diagram concerning the size of bolts to be used. The SOW supersedes the attachment in this case and 3/8" bolts should be used for construction.

- The SOW Section 7.7 specifies gate requirements. The number of gates is given in previously answered and posted questions. No gates require replacement with new hardware. Any gate that is found in place of a section of fence to be rebuilt, should be reused on the newly erected fence. This is incidental to the fencing line items.

- The KMZ file notes a site named "Stuart". This site is not included in the solicitation.

- The response date remains unchanged as March 26, 2026. The time remains 12:00 PM MT.

been made:
- Mobilization line item added. Bond premiums should be added to this line item.
- Sites that have both post and rail fencing and barbed wire fencing have been split into
separate line items.
- The response date is being extended to March 26, 2026. The time remains 12:00 PM MT.

Amendment 0001 - Questions and answers complimenting the original solicitation are added as attachment (1.1 1240LT26Q0016 - Amendment 0001).  These answers will be incorporated into any resulting award.

The due date and time for quotes remains unchanged.

Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0016 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for This project is comprised of removing and replacing multiple barbed wire and wooden post and rail fences at campgrounds and lakes on the Manti La Sal Nation Forest.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238990. The small business size standard is 5660 FENCING, FENCES, GATES AND COMPONENTS. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
