In-Person Attendance: The deadline to submit a DBIDS Application for attending the bid opening in person has now passed.
Mailed Bids: Please provide the tracking numbers for any bids that were sent by mail.
Emailed Bids: To confirm the receipt of a bid sent by email, please call 765-688-2818 between 8:00 AM and 8:59 AM.
Amendment 3:
The purpose of this amendment is to authorize bids to be received via e-mail.

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid due date to 5 January 2026.
Amendment 1:
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid opening to December 5, 2025, change the minimum acceptance days after offer due date to 299 days, change the estimated Period of Performance to January 5, 2025 to February 4, 2028.
The following changes were made to Section L: Allow bids to be sent electronically via DoD SAFE, remove the language that states electronic bids are not accepted, change the bid opening to December 5, 2025 at 9:00am, state that government answers to offeror questions will not be posted until the Government shutdown is over.
***Please do not make travel arrangements for the bid opening until the Government answers are posted in response to the prospective bidder's questions. The bid opening will be delayed due to Government Furlough.
***Restrictions regarding foreign bidders may be placed on the contract***
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is being offered as a Competitive 8(a) set-aside for ALL SBA Regions.
