The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is issuing this Request for Quotes (RFQ) to solicit quotes for a Contract with an appropriately California Licensed, insured and bonded General Contractor who can provide single family construction rehabilitation services to perform home accessibility modifications and deferred maintenance needed to increase the mobility, functionality, and health and safety of eligible seniors’ citizens. The Senior Grant Program assists with mobility and habitability repairs to help low to moderate income senior citizens (62 years or older) remain in their homes and age in place.
