Initial Site Visit is set for Thursday, 05 February, 2026 at 1300 (1:00 pm) CST on Tinker AFB, B9001. Meeting location will be at B9001 in the Administration Entrance on the south end. This entrance is by the flagpole.

Project Title: WWYK150083 - Repair Transformer Vault 6, B9001
Project Location: Tinker AFB, B9001
IAW FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000
Repair to building 9001 transformer room #6 located at column X37 to Y38 on the roof. The work to be performed under the terms of this Order consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the repair by replacement of the two gas filled 2000KVA transformers, associated 480V switch gear labeled #6C and #6D, all 15KV switches, and the original 3000A tie bus which have exceeded their rated life expectancy. Repair by replacement the interior lighting, add visual fire alarm notification devices(s) as required to meet ABA requirements, and repair the vault’s exterior at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma (reference the project drawings for additional location information).

After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received by noon on 4 February 2026. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP, the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access.
After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, Initial Site Visit is set for Thursday, 05 February, 2026 at 1300 (1:00 pm) CST on Tinker AFB, B9001.
You must attend the initial Site Vist for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
Requests for Information (RFIs) are due Tuesday, February 17, 2026 @ 1600 (4:00pm)
