This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective date 03/13/2026 and R-DFARS change notice 11/10/2025. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside.
Description of Work:
The contractor will provide Lackland AFB with the requested coverage data study for JBSA. A technical team will survey 4400.5x.5 mile grids in the San Antonio area and 5-mile military influence areas. The testing will include inbound and outbound testing. This testing will test the range and reliability of the 6 UHF R1 ASTRO Site Repeaters locations currently on base.
