SUBJECT: Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR), FA445226R0009, Brand Name Only (BNO) FY26 Adobe Cold Fusion Licenses
- This is a FOPR for the subject requirement to be awarded pursuant to Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 16.507-2 ordering procedures, RFO Part 12 procedures, the terms and conditions of the DISA JELA IV Catalog for Adobe Cold Fusion Products and Services, and the specific requirements outlined in this request with attachments. This FOPR is for Contract Holders on the DISA JELA IV Agency Catalog for Adobe Cold Fusion. Headquarters Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC)/FMFN requires the renewal of five BNO Adobe Cold Fusion (12-month) licenses. The awardee shall deliver the BNO Adobe Cold Fusion software in accordance with the delivery date outlined in Attachment 1.
