RFQ 90METER LICENSES

Amendment 0001 is issued as follows: 1. Extend the due date for quotes from 11 September 2025 at 1200 to 24 September 2025 at 1200. 2. Revise the following requirement at RFQ Section 2(b)(iii): FROM: To be considered for award, quoters shall submit documentation confirming that they are an authorized reseller. An Authorized Reseller is defined as the original manufacturer, or a source with a contractual agreement with or the express written authority of the original manufacturer to sell or distribute the item.TO: To be considered for award, quoters shall be authorized resellers of the 90Meter requirements of this RFQ. An Authorized Reseller is defined as the original manufacturer, or a source with a contractual agreement with or the express written authority of the original manufacturer to sell or distribute the item. By submitting a quote, the quoter acknowledges that it is an authorized reseller. Quoters are required to submit documentation confirming status of being an authorized reseller. By submitting a quote, the quoter acknowledges that a full or partial termination for cause may occur if any of the products provided are not recognized or acknowledged by the manufacturer as new products eligible for warranties and all other ancillary services or options provided by the manufacturer, or the quoter was not authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product in the U.S. Quotes that have already been submitted are required to comply with this Amendment. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those is effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04. This RFQ is a small business set-aside. Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 513210 ? Software Publishers and the small business size standard is $47M. The simplified procedures permitted by FAR 13.5 will be utilized.
