Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Stakes and Rigid Mesh Seedling Protector Tubes.

Statement of Requirement
Wood stakes (Pressure-treated unless Redwood or Cedar) Stake dimensions are 30” long by 15/16” x 1 ½”. . See detailed specifications in Attachment 3.
Rigid Diamond Mesh Tubes: Tubing shall be Quad L, Vexar, Conwed Plastics, Noltex, Nalle Plastics, or equal. See detailed specifications in Attachment 4.
Schedule of Items – Pricing (See Attachment 2)
Complete the Schedule of Items with business information and pricing. Base Items are a planned purchase. One or both Optional Item(s) may be awarded based on funding availability. If funds are available, the Optional Item(s) will be ordered at time of award.
Unit price is per stake and per tube.
Quoter Samples – Stake and Tube Shipping and Sample Return Information
A sample tube and stake shall be sent to the address below, prior to quote due date. If the Quoter wants the samples returned, include a prepaid mailing label w/return address. The prepaid mailing label shall be sent with the samples in the mailing tube. The same packaging/mailing tube will be used to return samples using Quoter’s return label.

Delivery and Shipping Information for Award:
FOB Destination. All quotes will be considered F.O.B. Destination. Delivery of stakes and tubes can be scheduled Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time.
72-Hour Delivery Notification: Notify COR three (3) days in advance of delivery to ensure forklift operator is available. Provide date and time of arrival when calling.
