To provide the necessary portable restrooms, hand cleaning stations, and supporting services at Hario Shima, Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Sasebo, Japan.

Scope of Work
To provide and service adequate portable restrooms and hand cleaning stations to accommodate assigned personnel on Hario Shima, Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Sasebo, Japan. Requirements are for portable toilets, hand-washing stations and supporting services to be delivered to each location listed in the table below.
Twice weekly services are required at each location, which includes:
All portable toilets and handwashing stations will be emptied, cleaned and treated to eliminate any odors between servicing.
Replenish all sanitation supplies and fill handwashing stations with water.
*Only 2 sites will be worked at a time (only 6 Porta Johns, 2 Hand wash stations total at any given moment)
