The Department of Veteran Affairs is pleased to announce an upcoming in-person Industry Day for the Transition Assistance Program. The purpose of this event is to provide industry partners with information regarding the program, gather feedback, and foster open communication between the government and industry.

Who Should Attend:
All interested active General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Management & Advisory (M&A) unrestricted domain contract holders. Attendance at this event is not mandatory however pre-approval is required to attend the event. Represented firms may register up to two (2) attendees. Additionally, vendors may sign up for a 10-minute reverse industry day briefing slot in the afternoon.
Registration Instructions:
Interested parties must register by completing the attached form and emailing it to the following personnel: Rebecca.ubert@va.gov; Roxana.cepeda@va.gov; Sandra.addae@va.gov. Attendance at this event is not mandatory. Represented firms may register up to two (2) attendees. Failure to provide OASIS+ Contract number on registration may lead to denial of industry day invitation. A limited number of reverse industry day slots are available for the afternoon (ALL SLOTS ARE FULL AND A WAITLIST IS BEING MAINTAINED FOR REVERSE INDUSTRY DAY SLOTS). Please indicate your interest in a reverse industry day slot on your registration. These slots first come first serve. Please note that by completing this form you are not guaranteed a seat at the event. **Registration will close on 23 January 2026 at 4pm, or when max capacity (90 attendees) is reached, whichever comes first.** An email confirmation will be sent on 26 January 2026 with arrival instructions. Please do not plan to arrive before 9 am.
