Base Items: Pole Barn Building that includes: (1) grading the existing storage yard area for stormwater drainage improvements in the vicinity of the pole barn area; (2) Installation of all dry utilities to the new pole barn building; (3) and construction of the new pole barn building per the construction plans and specifications.
Option Item: Relocation of Seward Electric’s transformer as shown on Drawing E1.1 of the Pole Barn Plans.
Option Item: Installing the security fence and gates around the storage yard per the construction plans and specifications.
