This procurement is for the manufacture and delivery of CLOTH, PLAIN WEAVE, NSN 8305-00-148-7364, PGC 17568. The CLOTH, PLAIN WEAVE shall be manufactured in accordance with Military Specification MIL-C-20079H, CLOTH, GLASS; TAPE, TEXTILE GLASS; AND THREAD, GLASS AND WIRE-REINFORCED GLASS dated 10 July 1987.
Production Lead Time (PLT) is 159 days for the first delivery order and 90 days for subsequent orders. This procurement will have four one-year Tier periods with a minimum quantity for the entire contract of 720 ROLLS and a maximum quantity for the entire contract life of 3,600 ROLLS. The Annual Estimated Quantity for all four Tier periods is 720 ROLLS per Tier year period.
Solicitation will be 100% Full and Open Competition (Unrestricted) with HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference. Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinitely Quantity contract is anticipated for this procurement.
This solicitation will be evaluated under LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors:
