Description
System Provider shall finance, design, engineer, construct, own, operate, and maintain, energy storage systems and sell storage services to Trustees on a 10th of a cent/kW (AC) basis at a competitive rate, pursuant to fully-executed 3rd party owned and operated energy storage license and service agreements at locations described in the Campus Specific Energy Storage MEA coversheet. The System provider shall also submit a cost proposal with a cash purchase price that at the campus¿ sole option may be selected.
