REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY (SSI)
THIS NOT A SOLICIATION AND NO SOLICITATION HAS BEEN ISSUED AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION OR CONTRACTOR PROPOSALS/QUOTES WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
The 914th contracting office, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station (NFARS), New York is seeking information and sources that can provide:
Flush Houses, Portable Toilets and Hand-Washing Station rental services for Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Niagara Falls, NY. Rentals required are as follows:
105 – Standard Portable Toilets – Standard single-stall units with toilet, urinal, and hand sanitizer disperser.
20 – ADA-Compliant Portable Toilets – Wheelchair-accessible units that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements to include grab bars and adequate turning space.
20 – Handwashing Stations – Freestanding units with freshwater tank, soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser.
2 – Luxury Restroom Tailers – Large, multi-stall trailers with flushing toilets, running water, lighting and climate control. Trailers must include ADA Compliant areas/stalls.
Delivery of all units to Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara Falls, NY complete by 18 June 2026 and removal of all units by 24 June 2026.
Services include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to deliver, service during the event, and remove all units. See attached DRAFT PWS for full requirement details to include unit servicing requirements.
This Request for Information/Sources Sought Inquiry is open to all types of businesses, including small businesses, and requests the following information from interested contractors:
- Response from any contractor who may be capable of providing the services as outlined in the attached PWS. Response should include basic capability information for the contractor.
- Small Businesses please include your small business category information with your response.
The anticipated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this effort is 562991 – Septic Tank and Related Services with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $9.0 Million.
