Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with MOHR Test & Measurement, LLC (MOHR), CAGE: 7PVQ8, for the issuance of a Purchase Order (PO). The designated contractor, MOHR Test & Measurement, LLC (CAGE Code 7PVQ8), shall provide to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst the material and services necessary for the Test & Evaluation (T&E), Repair, Calibration, and return to Ready-For-Issue (RFI) condition the TDR Cable Tester, PN CT100, NSN 6625-01-579-6793.


MOHR Test & Measurement, LLC is the OEM. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to tear down, test & evaluate, repair, and calibrate this TDR Cable Tester from other than the current source.


The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract. Responses must be recieved within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email no later than 17 February 2026 at 1:00 P.M. EST to Eric Glawson at eric.j.glason.civ@us.navy.mil.
