Description
A) Purpose and Description of Services Contractor will provide Temporary/Relief Physical Therapist services to Porterville Developmental Center (PDC) individuals. Contractor providing services will be duly licensed and must have expertise in the field of Physical Therapist Services. Contractor must be familiar with the special needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. The proposed term of this Agreement is April 15, 2026, through June 30, 2027. B) Bidder Minimum Qualifications The following requirements must be met for a bid to be considered responsible and responsive for the purposes of this IFB. 1. Bidder must be a licensed Physical Therapist with the State of California. 2. Bidder must be able to provide services for up to 24 hours per week. 3. No bidder may bid on work of any kind that the bidder is not properly licensed to perform. Any such bid received shall be disqualified. Copies of all licenses must be included with the BID documents. 4. Bidder must be able to supply all specified services to Porterville Developmental Center (PDC) in accordance with the attached Sample Agreement. 5. Individuals or staffing agencies must have qualified personnel with at least 3 years¿ experience working with developmentally disabled persons. Staffing agencies must have qualified personnel in place at time of bid and submit their license.
