Description
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W50S8N-26-Q-A013 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2025-06 effective 1 OCT 2025). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 332311 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The proposed acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.

CLIN 0001 : Ballistic Guard House 5’ wide X 8’ long X 8’ High, UL752 Level 3
Minimum Specifications/Prefabricated Buidling Specs:
UL 752 Level 3 Elements:
- All material used for exterior walls: ¼” certified steel plates, UL752 Level 3
- (2) 36” X 80” Bullet resistant UL 752 Level 3 solid sliding door, latch lock, weather stripping. Door to be glazed with UL Level 3 clad polycarbonate glazing, tinted
- 360 Degree view UL 752 Level 3 bullet resistant windows tinted, and fixed glad polycarbonate glass mounted against ballistic walls, 36” tall.
- (1) UL 752 Level 3 AC shroud welded around the AC opening
Other building elements:
- 3” structural steel tubing frame
- Insulation: R-18
- VCT flooring (color TBD)
- Exterior wall panels factory finish UL 752 Level 3 bullet resistant protection exterior face, 16 ga heavy duty steel interior, panels galvanized and mechanically fastened.
- Ceiling finish with 11-ga heavy duty steel, mechanically fastened to provide smooth flat interior
- Roof finish 11-ga heavy duty steel galvanized and welded to provide smooth flat exterior if acceptable for aesthetic exterior.
- (2) 18” overhangs on doorways
Electrical/HVAC
- Electrical package consists of 12-ga minimum copper wiring in 1/2” EMT surface mounted conduit and attached to surface mounted 2x4 boxes
- (2) single pole switches wired
- (6) 115V duple receptacles, wired
- 12 Amp 12 space circuit breaker box with 4 circuits
- (4) T8 fluorescent light fixtures, wired
- (6) Exterior floodlights with switch
- (1) Wall mounted HVAC unit, 18,000BTU cooling and 16,000 BTU heating with ballistics shroud
- (1) Power box location must match existing structure exact location and height to avoid running of new cables to location.
INSTALLATION:
- Existing prefabricated gate shack will need to be removed and disposed at contractors expense.
- New prefabricated gate shack will need to be delivered and placed on existing pad where previous gate shack existed.
- Minimum of 4 anchor points built in.
- Delivery is 120 days after award
