Description
This is a solicitation for qualified vendors/individuals to provide required inspections and services for fire protection systems and equipment located at U.S. Coast Guard MAT Pascagoula, 104 USS Vicksburg Way, Pascagoula, MS 39595.
The Government’s objective is to meet the requirement for tests and inspections set forth by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) for fire protection systems and equipment to detect potential problems and minimize future repair costs.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, supervision, and personnel to perform the required inspection and services for the fire protection systems at MAT Pascagoula
Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the performance work statement to become familiar with the requirements, and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed.

The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods as follows:
Base Period 23 February 2026 – 22 February 2027
Option Year One 23 February 2027 – 22 February 2028
Option Year Two 23 February 2028 – 22 February 2029
Option Year Three 23 February 2029 – 22 February 2030
Option Year Four 23 February 2030 – 22 February 2031
Contractor's quotes need to provide a total price for the base year and all option years.
All work is to be completed in accordance with the performance work statement.
This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest bidder.
This is set aside 100% for small businesses.
All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
