Parking Services for NCHS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this requirement is  75D301-26-Q-78888 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide parking spaces for use by NCHS at the Hyattsville, Maryland office located at 3311 Toledo Road, Hyattsville, Maryland 20782.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text or provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The attached RFQ contains the Contract Line Item Numbers, Statement of Work, and the applicable provisions and clauses.  Please either fill in the dollar amounts or provide a separate excel spreadsheet or PDF containing the same information including a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, units of measure, and options, if applicable:  Please see attached RFQ for complete details.

Acceptance and FOB point

The quote format is at the discretion of the offeror.
