Description
This requirement is SET ASIDE FOR TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS in accordance with FAR 19.5 for fan coil assembly parts and components, including pipe coverings, sheet, and insulation for K-FLEX LLC. The destination is Sasebo, Japan. ***NO PARTS WILL SHIP TO BREMERTON, WASHINGTON***. If your business entity is submitting a quote, please specify the following:
-The Manufacturer
-The country of origin (COO)
-After Receipt of Order (ARO), also known as the estimated time or arrival
-Confirm that the part will ship to Sasebo and not Bremerton, Washington. NAVSUP WSS Transportation will work with the contractor to coordinate shipping.
-Provide all pertinent specifications or equal to specifications if applicable.
NAVSUP WSS Transportation is at no cost to the Contractor and is mandatory according to the solicitation. However, if additional fees such as tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs apply, please include in the line item(s) of the requirement.
