Description

02/24/2026: Amendment 1 remains forthcoming and is expected to be published in the coming week. This amendment will formally extend the phase 1 proposal due date to Friday, 04/03/2026, as well as provide some revisions to technical information. Phase 1 proposal instructions and evaluation criteria remain unchanged through amendment 1. Additionally, this project was solicited before the 02/01/2026 effective date for the Department of War's adoption of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), therefore, no revisions to the solicitation to adopt the RFO are required, or planned.

01/09/2026: The Phase 1 solicitation package, which includes the phase 1 solicitation with specifications, solicitation drawings, reference drawings, bid schedule, and brand name justification, is attached. Amendment 1 is anticipated to be issued on or before 02/25/2026.  Upon issuance of Amendment 1, the Government intends to extend the Phase 1 solicitation closing date by approximately one month. The official revised closing date and time will be posted on SAM.gov.

FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
