Description
02/24/2026: Amendment 1 remains forthcoming and is expected to be published in the coming week. This amendment will formally extend the phase 1 proposal due date to Friday, 04/03/2026, as well as provide some revisions to technical information. Phase 1 proposal instructions and evaluation criteria remain unchanged through amendment 1. Additionally, this project was solicited before the 02/01/2026 effective date for the Department of War's adoption of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), therefore, no revisions to the solicitation to adopt the RFO are required, or planned.
01/09/2026: The Phase 1 solicitation package, which includes the phase 1 solicitation with specifications, solicitation drawings, reference drawings, bid schedule, and brand name justification, is attached. Amendment 1 is anticipated to be issued on or before 02/25/2026. Upon issuance of Amendment 1, the Government intends to extend the Phase 1 solicitation closing date by approximately one month. The official revised closing date and time will be posted on SAM.gov.
