Amendment 0002- This amendment provides Government answers to Indsutry submitted Questions. In addition, the due date for offers is being extended to allow offers time to acknowledge all amendments and provide a final or revised offer, if necessary. The offer due date is being extended from February 24, 2026 @ 1PM CT to February 26, 2026 @ 1PM CT. We previously anticipated a slight revision to the Scope of Work. There is no revision to the SOW. The original SOW provided is still valid. If you have already submitted an offer, please acknowledge all amendments and confirm whether or not your offer is still valid or provide a revised offer, if necessary.
