This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 3304 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Naval Sea Systems Command Surface Warfare Center Carderock (NSSCSWCC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for Bruker G4 Phoenix Diffusible Hydrogen Analyzer preventive maintenance and calibration to Bruker AXS LLC, 5465 E. Cheryl Parkway. Madison, WI 53711 United States. A sole source justification has been reviewed and approved; however, the justification is not required to be posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
