Description THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE GENERAL INFORMATION: This announcement is a competitive, Firm-Fixed price, Small Business Set-Aside, procured in accordance with FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts to determine best value. Please note this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is required before award. Project Scope: Scope: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform replacement of multiple levels of roofs at the Whitney Dam Powerhouse to include TPO and Standing Seam Metal Roof per the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall be required to perform within the standards of this contract. This project is to replace the existing metal roof, gutters, and downspouts, at Lake Whitney Powerhouse Generation Bay. The existing metal roof is a Metal Roofing Overbuild on the original low slope roof system, on a concrete deck. The project requires the replacement of the existing metal roof panels, gutters, and down spouts. The existing metal roofing overbuild structural framing system will be reused. The contractor must perform a structural survey of the existing roof overbuild steel framing structure prior to construction. The structural survey must contain sufficient as-built data adequate for a third party to replicate structural analysis or fabrication of the complete roof framing. Period of Performance is a base and plus option period for a total of 110 calendar days. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://sam.gov/.
