The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and all submissions become Government property.
Regulatory Guidance:
This notice is conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing.
The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1,500 employees.

Requirement:
The 911th Airlift Wing is seeking sources for the procurement of the DMC2391 C-17 Mobility Maintenance Tool Kit.
This kit is essential for the field-level maintenance and repair of the C-17 aircraft electrical wiring systems, ensuring operational readiness in various environments. The kit must contain all Boeing-approved tooling for stripping, crimping, and terminating wires and connectors as specified for the C-17 platform in Technical Order (TO) 1C-17A-2-00WD-00-1.
