This pre-solicitation notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is NOT a request for proposal.The 411th Contracting Support Brigade intends to solicit and award for a full-service food operations contract under the authority of 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command (19th ESC), Republic of Korea. The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, and services necessary to operate Government-owned dining facilities as a turn-key, contractor-operated food service operation. This includes meal preparation, service, menu planning, inventory, recordkeeping, sanitation, grab-and-go options, mobile ordering integration, and surge/contingency support.Please note that the attached PWS is DRAFT only and is subject to change. The final PWS will be issued with the solicitation.Any information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for enhancing competition and for market research purposes. The Government will not pay for information submitted. All interested and capable sources may submit a one-to-three-page capability statement (or statement of interest).
