Location: Kisatchie National Forest - Headquarters/Supervisor’s Office (Pineville, LA), Calcasieu Ranger District (Boyce, LA), Caney Ranger District (Homer, LA), Catahoula Ranger District (Bentley, LA), Kisatchie Ranger District (Provencal, LA), Winn Ranger District (Winnfield, LA).

The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete road MAINTENANCE services AND road CONSTRUCTION services on National Forest roads within the Kisatchie National Forest, in accordance with this performance work statement (PWS), exhibits, and industry standards. Award of Task Order: will result in multiple Performance Based, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Requirements Contracts as best meets the needs of the Government based on the lowest priced bid that is responsive / responsible.
Tentative Dates:
Site(s) Visit/Pre-Bid Conference (if needed): An organized site visit is not scheduled. Bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
Date for Questions: 04/30/2026.
Bid Submittal Deadline: 05/05/2026, 1300 CT.
Delivery / Period of Performance: Per Task Order, issued during one-year base period, which runs through May 14, 2027 and four one-year option periods, which if exercised could extend contract performance through May 14, 2031.
