This post is amended to provide information on a scheduled site visit on 10 Feb 26 at 0900 JST. Interested parties wishing to attend shall notify the below POCs, provide names of attendees, and if they have base access.

35 LRS at Misawa Airbase is seeking vendors who are capable of relocating ten (10) each Kardex Remstar, Megamat RS350 vertical carousel systems in bldg. 1334, located in Misawa Airbase Japan. Systems will be relocated in the same bldg approximately 100 meters away from current location, IAW the attached SOO and solicitation in attachment section.
Interested vendors shall provide a letter or coordination with a Certified Kardex Manufacturer Installer committing to support this work if awarded a contract. Quality of performance is of importance to the USG.
All questions are due to the POC below by no later than 0800 JST on 06 February 2026 (1900 EST on 06 February 2026) via email. All questions must be submitted in an excel sheet capturing the relevant areas (document, page # & paragraph) the question is in regard to, the question, and any clarification requested.
The USG will collect, combine and respond to all questions via an amendment to the SAM posting.
