MS Dart Un-Install/Re-Install

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires the services of unpacking, reinstallation, and qualification of the equipment manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific. The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Order to Thermo Electron North America, LLC, 1400 Northpoint Pkwy, Ste 10, West Palm Beach, FL 33407-1976 for the purposes of MS Dart un-install/re-install. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.501 are exempt from the requirement to promote full and open competition. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334516. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by March 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST will be considered by the Government.
