NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – @MIRE, INC.

Synopsis:

MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.201(a)
“Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with:

This is a new requirement for a web hosting platform for the library repository (Software As A Service) for the United States Military Academy Library. The NAICS Code is 518210– Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services with a size standard of $40 million dollars..

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
