The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract (base year and four option years) to Gary Tarasovsky. Gary Tarasovsky has been the sole designer, data manager and consultant of a database system, VA recruitment and data management (REDCap) which will need continued management and programming for the remainder of the study s timeline. Gary Tarasovsky has in-depth knowledge about system s programming, the study teams needs regarding data fidelity and application, and has several years in providing VA-compliant data storage solutions and capabilities. Period of Performance (POP): 5/20/2026 5/19/2031 plus four option years. (Estimated) A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. Capability Statement Please answer the following questions when responding: What is your company s Socioeconomic Status?
