20--Acoustic Fish Tags for Cle Elum & Roza Projects

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to procure acoustic fish tag transmitters to support scientific monitoring of fish behavior and survival through the Cle Elum Dam Helix and Roza Dam fish screens and roller gates. These tags are essential for evaluating the effectiveness of major fish passage projects under the Yakima Basin Integrated Water Resource Management Plan, authorized by the Hoover Power Plant Act of 1984 (43 U.S.C. Section 109).

Based on market research and technical requirements documented in the project file, Advanced Telemetry Systems (ATS) is the only OEM capable of providing the specified acoustic telemetry tags that meet the scientific study requirements. These tags have unique specifications necessary for compatibility with existing research protocols and equipment.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements must submit a capability statement detailing their ability to provide equivalent products that meet the specifications.
