Description of Requirement: The Joint Personal Effects Depot (JPED) at Dover Air Force Base (AFB), Delaware requires services to provide a security system upgrade to a Department of Defense (DoD) Microsoft Windows 11 operating system to strengthen their cyber security posture while streamlining their technologies operating environment. The contractor shall provide a technical system refresh and modernization to computer hardware, software, and firmware in accordance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12), including: system maintenance for JPED’s Avigilon Control Center Rel. 7, intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and visitor management systems.
