U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS – NASHVILLE DISTRICT’S NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCLUDE BRAND NAME SPECIFICATION IN A FUTURE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE WOODWARD MECHANICAL CABINET ACTUATOR GOVERNOR SYSTEM – SOLICITATION W912P526QA017.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District will be soliciting a sole source quote for a Single Award Firm Fixed-Price supply contract to Emerson Process Management Power & Water Solutions, Inc. for the supply and delivery of one (1) Woodward Mechanical Cabinet Actuator Governor System. The Woodward Mechanical Cabinet Actuator Governor System shall be original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, specialized tooling, and expert services for the complete rehabilitation of the existing system.
For the purposes described herein, the USACE Nashville District intends to issue a sole source solicitation that will include the brand name items listed below:

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may identify their interest and submit clearly articulated product information. Product information provided will be considered solely at the discretion of the Government. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 6.103-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. Responses must be received by March 19, 2026 at 1:00PM, Central Daylight Time to be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
