The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a purchase order to Corps Medical Supply, LLC., located at 2211 North Tradition Lane, Janesville, WI. 53545-0780., as the only responsible source to provide Haag-Streit Simulation Eyesi Surgical Complete System. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
