Description
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Office of Acquisition (OAQ) intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 12.102, FAR Class Deviation 25-21, Rev. 1 for FAR Part 12 to Passware, Inc. in Mountain View, CA for software licensing. This procurement is being conducted under RFO FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source.
