The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Offutt Air Force Base (OAFB) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
A Site visit will take place on Monday, 23 February 2026 at 09:00 AM CST.
Questions for solicitation are due by Friday, 27 February 2026 by 12:00 PM CST. Answers to all questions will be posted on sam.gov by Tuesday, 3 March 2026 or as soon as readily available.
Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than Monday, 9 March 2026 at 12:00 PM CST.
Quotes will be submitted by email to nichole.barragan.2@us.af.mil and casey.hupton.1@us.af.mil. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time. The Government will not accept any quotations delivered after Monday, 9 March 2026 at 12:00 PM CST, unless the quotation being received by the Government was determined by the Contracting Officer to be at Government fault.
