Description
1. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes- it does not constitute a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not seeking quotations at this time and will not accept unsolicited offers. Interested vendors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
2. The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS) is conducting market research to find potential vendors capable of providing a Spaceport Capacity Assessment Tool and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage Toolkit.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 513210 "Software Publishers" and the size standard is $47.5 million according to the U.S. Small Business Administration Table of Small Business Size Standards updated 17 March 2023.
