Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) for AVGAS with truck rental and shipping for the Luke Air Force Base 2026 Air Show. The project's scope consists of operations from March 19-23. Please review all documents attached to this RFQ for more information.
Only fuel used will be charged; unused fuel will go back with the contractor and will not be charged to the Government.
Evaluation Criteria is listed within clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All offerors must provide a full Capabilities statement of the Similatior being offered in order for the Governement to determine Technical Acceptabilitty.
Quote Submission Deadline (01/29/2026): The deadline to submit a quote in response to this RFQ is January 29th, 2026 @ 1500 EST. Interested vendors must submit their proposal to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for award.
Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
