Description
This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the materials, services, and responsibilities of (awarded Contractor’s Name), hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, and the California Department of Technology, hereinafter referred to as “CDT” or the “State” needed to implement and support the structured cabling materials and services described herein during the term of this Agreement. In addition, the Contractor shall adhere to and meet the requirements as set forth in the corresponding structured cabling IFB and throughout the Bidder's bid including the cost requirements. The use of this CDT statewide contract is not mandatory. The Contracts will be available for use by State of California departments and any federal, city, county, special district, educational agency, tribal entity, local government, or corporation empowered to expend public funds. The term "Contract" or "Agreement" will be used interchangeably throughout this SOW. 2. Background and Purpose This Structured Cabling Services (SCS) Contract provides ordering agencies/entities with the opportunity to acquire structured cabling services in one (1) or both of the following groups: A. Group 1: Inside Plant Cabling; B. Group 2: Outside Plant Cabling. Use of this Contract is optional for all agencies/entities listed in SECTION 1. INTRODUCTION.
