Bid E - Quotes - Demolition of Pole Barn - 1702 Park Blvd, Cleburne, Texas

The City of Cleburne is accepting quotes from qualified contractors for the demolition of a pole barn located at 1702 Park Blvd, Cleburne, Texas 76033. Submitted quotes should cover all labor, machinery, tools, materials, and insurance required for the demolition, removal of all debris, and the restoration of the site to a mowable condition. Building Description Pictures are included at the bottom of this quote request (Attachment A) and a site visit can be arranged. The pole barn to be demolished is approximately 3,000 sq ft. Has a concrete slab and partial block wall (loading dock), sheet metal walls and roof, steel trusses and various debris. The chain link fence is to remain. The City is requesting one quote with the concrete slab removed and one quote leaving the slab in place. Utilities and permits There are no active utilities at the location. Appropriate permits will be required but the City will waive the fees. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Selected Contractor must meet insurance requirements as listed in Attachment B. The Certificate of Insurance must name the City of Cleburne as a Certificate Holder and the Contractor must provide a copy to the Purchasing Agent prior to beginning any demolition. REFERENCES Please provide three references from jobs performed within the last 2 years on Attachment D-Reference Request. On-Site Work Hours Demolition activity allowed between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday thru Saturday. Please review the following attachments.
